  • Applications shall be made in person at any monthly business meeting (one name per application).  The “in person” requirement may be waived by the Executive Committee.
  • Admission is contingent upon an affirmative vote of the membership. Membership will not be granted until applicant has current AMA status or AMA status pending.
  • Action on all applications will take place at the next regular business meeting at which a quorum is present.
  • Annual dues must be paid when the applicant has been voted in.
  • From time to time the club sponsors various activities such as mall shows, open house days, field clean-ups, etc.  Would you be willing to volunteer? (yes / no): _____ time
